MY STORY
Before my father passed away he wanted me to be the 'man of the house'....
By the grace of God my life started on April 4th, 1995 in Lubbock, Texas. Being born premature into a single parent home and my father passing away when I was a young boy. Growing up with that burden wasn’t always the easiest. However, I didn’t let the circumstances of my life deter me from pursuing my dreams and fulfilling my destiny. Following my graduation from Lubbock High and being accepted into several Texas universities. I decided to embark on my collegiate journey at Texas State University. During my time there I went through a period of self discovery ending with my re-dedication to Jesus Christ and being baptized in the San Marcos River.

Once back in my hometown, after some time working and planning. A year later I transferred into Texas Tech with the vision of launching Atlas Apparel. A fashion brand that would use it’s profits to teach people how to grow their own food. Simply put Atlas Apparel didn’t exactly pan out the way I wanted. Nonetheless, after much effort and dedication I was able to complete an Interdisciplinary Studies degree. With a minor in Landscape Studies and concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Media Strategies. Along with being involved in entrepreneurship, religious and service organizations. My career at Texas Tech was focused on the goal of helping others grow as individuals and aiding my classmates in launching their business ideas. Thus helping me become a life long learner and a servant leader in the process.

Although it was challenging and there were definitely some missteps during my tenure at Texas Tech. After a few difficult seasons, it became clear that I was being called to something much deeper than money and success. I now know that my life’s purpose is to love Christ with all my heart, mind and soul. While my mission is to guide others into realizing their full potential to make a difference in the lives of the people around them. From donating my time in the community to sharping my multimedia skills. From pitching business ideas to team building and developing employees. I’ve taken an interdisciplinary approach to work and life. Check out the section below to learn more of my journey and read my personal blog Emmanuel’s Journal. Or click the red button to connect.
